Luxury studios and apartments for a small budget
Next to my lovely tropical home in the beautiful and tranquil Julianadorp, I rent out 5 beautiful, spacious studios and apartments situated in a large tropical garden with many fruit trees such as mango, loquat, coconut, bananas, and soursop. The central terrace, which I share with my guests, offers various seating areas, sun loungers, and an outdoor bar with a BBQ for communal use, along with a stunning 6x15 meter swimming pool. I share my 'estate' with my dogs, cat, and an entire family of land turtles.
The studios and apartments are fully furnished, and all have air conditioning. There is no television, but free Wi-Fi is available. You can safely park your (rental) car on the premises. Prices include gas, water, electricity, bed linens, and towels. Rian Apartments is very centrally located, just 5 minutes from various beaches, the airport, the supermarket, and a shopping area, and only 10 minutes from the centre of Willemstad.

Rian Apartments is very centrally located, just 5 minutes away from beautiful beaches, the airport, local supermarkets, and bustling shopping areas. Within 3 minutes, you are on the road to Banda’bou and Westpunt, the rural side of Curaçao, with dozens of stunning beaches (bays) and beautiful nature reserves. The vibrant center of Willemstad is only a 10-minute drive away, making it the perfect base to explore the city and its surroundings.
